- • Join Airwallex as a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations, and play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth across China and Singapore. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless transitions between our business development and account management teams, enhancing the effectiveness of sales incentives, and supporting our sales force with high-quality client-facing materials. You will be instrumental in streamlining operations, providing critical data insights, and contributing to the overall success of our sales organization in a fast-paced, global fintech environment.
- • In this dynamic role, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of critical functions. You will meticulously manage the account handover process, ensuring that all necessary information and context are transferred smoothly from Field/Mid-Market Business Development (BD) representatives to Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers (AMs). This involves conducting thorough quality checks to guarantee the integrity and completeness of these transitions, thereby preventing any disruption to client relationships or service delivery. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating all relevant account handover documentation and workflows, ensuring they are current, accurate, and easily accessible to all stakeholders. This proactive approach to process management is key to our operational efficiency.
- • A significant part of your role will involve the intricate management of sales incentives. You will perform rigorous data cleansing and analysis to provide the foundational insights needed for the design and effective execution of sales incentive programs specifically tailored for our Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) team. This analytical work will directly inform how we motivate and reward our sales force. You will also be tasked with clearly communicating the details of these incentive structures and any subsequent updates to Field/Mid-Market Account Executives (AEs), ensuring they fully understand how their performance is recognized and rewarded. A critical component of this responsibility is monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of these incentive programs, using data to assess their impact on sales performance and identifying areas for optimization.
- • Beyond managing existing incentive programs, you will actively contribute to their design and documentation. This involves developing and maintaining streamlined, comprehensive documentation for all incentive schemes. This documentation is vital for ensuring clear, consistent communication across all relevant teams, minimizing confusion and maximizing engagement. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and marketing, to design and implement new incentive programs. These programs must be strategically aligned with overarching business goals, driving desired behaviors and outcomes.
- • Furthermore, you will be a key player in preparing essential client-facing materials. This includes creating and updating a variety of documents such as compelling presentations, detailed proposals, and insightful reports. These materials are designed to provide robust support to the sales team, equipping them with the tools they need to effectively engage with prospects and clients, articulate our value proposition, and close deals. Your contribution here directly impacts our ability to win new business and retain existing clients.
