We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Revenue Operations to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in optimizing our revenue-generating processes, ensuring seamless transitions, and driving the effectiveness of our sales incentive programs. You will work closely with sales, customer success, and account management teams to enhance operational efficiency and support our continued growth.
- • As a Senior Associate, Revenue Operations, your primary focus will be on streamlining and meticulously managing the account handover process. This critical function ensures that new business acquired by our Field and Mid-Market Business Development teams is smoothly transitioned to our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Managers (AMs). You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the documentation and workflows associated with these handovers, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and communicated. A key part of this responsibility involves conducting rigorous quality checks to guarantee the seamless execution of these account transitions, minimizing any disruption to the client experience and maximizing the potential for long-term customer success.
- • Furthermore, you will play a significant role in the management and execution of sales incentive programs for our Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) team. This involves performing in-depth data cleansing and analysis to support the strategic design and implementation of these programs. Your analytical insights will be crucial in shaping incentive structures that motivate our sales force and align with overarching business objectives. You will be tasked with clearly communicating these incentive structures and any subsequent updates to our Field/Mid-Market Account Executives (AEs), ensuring transparency and understanding. A vital aspect of your role will be to monitor and report on the effectiveness of these incentive programs, providing data-driven feedback to refine and enhance future initiatives.
- • Beyond program management, you will contribute to the design and documentation of these incentive schemes. This involves developing and maintaining clear, streamlined documentation that ensures consistent and unambiguous communication across all relevant teams. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams, including sales leadership, finance, and marketing, to design and implement incentive programs that are not only effective but also fully aligned with Airwallex's strategic business goals. Your ability to translate complex incentive structures into easily understandable documentation will be key to fostering buy-in and ensuring successful adoption.
- • In addition to your core operational responsibilities, you will be responsible for preparing and updating essential client-facing materials. This includes crafting compelling presentations, detailed proposals, and insightful reports that empower our sales team to effectively engage with prospects and clients. Your contributions in this area will directly support the sales team's efforts in closing deals and expanding our customer base. 🎯 Requirements

- • 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field.

- • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
