📋 Description

• The Senior Associate, Site Excellence role at CareAccess Inc. is pivotal in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across clinical research sites, ensuring high-quality research delivery and compliance with global standards to advance health equity and medical breakthroughs.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include managing site operations as the primary point of contact, overseeing staffing and training, maintaining regulatory compliance (ICH-GCP, FDA), supporting study start-up and enrollment, assisting with audits, contributing to business development efforts, and representing the site at meetings and industry events while fostering staff development and a culture of accountability.
• CareAccess Inc. is a global organization dedicated to making health research and services accessible to underserved communities through hundreds of research locations, mobile clinics, and clinician partnerships, with initiatives like Future of Medicine and Difference Makers that prioritize community engagement and health equity.
• In this role, the individual will develop leadership and operational expertise in clinical research management, gain experience in regulatory oversight and business development, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and grow professionally through mentorship and cross-functional collaboration with Operational Excellence, Compliance, and Quality Assurance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role
• Hands-on knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and local regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated success in study management, study start-up, patient recruitment, and compliance oversight
• Budget management, business development, or sponsor/CRO engagement experience is a strong plus
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences field (e.g., Nursing, Biology, Pharmacology, Public Health)
• CRC experience is a plus
