- • Develop complex strategic and financial analyses to deliver financial insights and decision-making support across the organization.
- • Partner with key cross-functional teams (Growth, Operations) to analyze the business and identify areas of opportunity that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- • Analyze operating results and KPIs to surface actionable insights.
- • Perform ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic decisions and conduct deep dives on key focus areas to develop shared understanding of business levers.
- • Support the annual budgeting & forecasting process, as well as ongoing reporting and variance analysis.
- • Support the development and preparation of monthly & quarterly reporting for senior management, as well as the creation of quarterly board materials.
- • Lead initiatives on automation & process improvement for financial reporting.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years experience in management consulting or investment banking, or FP&A at a high-growth startup.
- • Proven mastery of Excel and Powerpoint; Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (Tableau, Looker) a plus.
- • Experience building 3-statement financial models and providing financial analysis for monthly forecasts, strategic multi-year forecasts, and annual budgets.
- • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience developing and delivering presentations.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • High attention to detail.
- • Self-motivation with proven ability to work independently and autonomously with multiple functional areas.
