  • • This position is integral to our consulting staff, focusing on delivering end-to-end advisory support to a diverse clientele including healthcare providers, payers, investors, and other stakeholders.

  • • Your work will directly contribute to our core service offerings, including Business Transformation Advisory, Margin & Operational Improvement, Clinical & Quality Transformation, and AI & Digital Solutions.
  • • Specifically, you will delve into defining enterprise-wide strategies, aligning financial, clinical, and operational priorities with long-term objectives, and developing strategies for population health and value-based care models.
  • • This role requires a proactive approach to identifying trends, opportunities, and insights by performing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative analyses on performance, utilization, and outcomes data.
  • • You will conduct in-depth research into healthcare policies, innovative payment models, and best practices to inform strategies aimed at improving quality of care and reducing the total cost of care for our clients.
  • • A key responsibility involves leading the preparation and development of comprehensive materials and supporting documentation for client initiatives, effectively translating complex data and analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing databases, spreadsheets, and analytical tools essential for population health measurement, clinical performance tracking, and financial impact modeling.
  • • Applying appropriate methodologies, such as risk adjustment, attribution, and quality measure analytics, will be crucial in informing client strategies and ensuring alignment with industry standards and emerging models.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Strong proficiency with MS Excel; willingness to expand capabilities with other analytical software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS Access, MS SQL Server).
