  • • As a Senior Attorney at Scan.com, you will serve as a key legal partner driving commercial and strategic initiatives in a fast-growing digital health scale-up, reporting directly to the General Counsel and playing a pivotal role in supporting market expansion, partnerships, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
  • • You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including provider contracts, partnership agreements, and vendor arrangements; provide legal guidance on strategic business initiatives; conduct regulatory analysis; support compliance efforts; manage day-to-day legal workflow; collaborate cross-functionally; develop legal playbooks and templates; and stay current on healthcare and technology legal developments to advise the business effectively.

  • • The legal team operates as a strategic enabler in a scaling business, where you will have the opportunity to build repeatable legal processes, influence high-impact decisions, and grow into a trusted advisor capable of representing the legal function independently.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare technology law, strengthen your ability to balance legal risk with commercial velocity, and become a go-to legal partner known for turning complex legal considerations into actionable business advice that accelerates growth without compromising compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Substantive law firm experience in commercial contracting, particularly in technology transactions, SaaS, licensing, and intellectual property agreements, preferably in a highly regulated industry such as healthcare
  • • Proven ability to draft, negotiate, and close commercial agreements at pace, treating legal as a value-creation lever rather than a gate
  • • Experience advising on market expansion, vendor and partner arrangements, or multi-jurisdictional deals
  • • Background in healthcare law, including familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as AKS, Stark, MSO structures, or data privacy and security is a huge plus
  • • High emotional intelligence and a communication style that builds trust across founders, clinicians, ops teams, and external partners
  • • Comfortable using AI and technology tools to manage contracts and legal workflows while knowing where human judgment is non-negotiable
