📋 Description

• As a Senior Automation Developer at UiPath, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s mission to revolutionize work through Agentic Automation, directly enabling customers to achieve digital transformation by designing and deploying intelligent automation solutions that increase efficiency and adoption of UiPath’s platform.
• You will be responsible for delivering high-impact process automations in both onsite and remote client engagements, ensuring successful implementation and sustained consumption of UiPath products while contributing to the growth of the UiPath ecosystem through innovation and collaboration.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and documenting automation workflows and reusable components using UiPath Studio and related technologies, ensuring solutions are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
• You will analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities, gather requirements for integrations with partner products, and develop RPA solutions that address real-world operational challenges while supporting change management and UAT processes.
• A key part of your role will involve creating and executing test procedures for pre-UAT phases, troubleshooting issues in production robotic processes, and providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption and high reliability of automations.
• You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to provide feedback on core platform functionalities and recommend enhancements or integrations with external technologies that expand the capabilities of the UiPath ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle, process re-engineering, and RPA technologies, with proven success in delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming languages, along with experience in scripting and database query languages (e.g., SQL) to support automation development and integration.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business processes, break down complex problems into logical tasks, and design creative, efficient automation workflows that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration, project management, and change control processes, preferably in IT implementations and UAT management.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required for this position.
