- • As a Senior BDR at Ben Technologies Inc., you will own pipeline generation across a defined set of enterprise and strategic accounts, working closely with Strategic AEs to identify, engage, and convert high-value prospects into SALs and SQOs, directly contributing to the company's mission of connecting the benefits ecosystem to improve outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers.
- • Day to day, you will build and run your own outbound strategy across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts, prospecting into VP and C-suite buyers in Benefits, Reward, HR, and related functions, partner with your AE on account plans and stakeholder mapping, run structured qualification calls, partner with Marketing on ABM campaigns, write and test personalized sequences, leverage AI tools for research, messaging, and call prep, maintain CRM hygiene, and contribute insights to improve team playbooks.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in enterprise outbound sales, AI-assisted prospecting, strategic account planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a clear pathway to advancement into AAE and AE positions, while sharpening your ability to diagnose business pain and influence high-stakes buying decisions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Experience running enterprise outbound in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally into HR, Reward, or Benefits buyers
- • Track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets, not just activity metrics
- • Ability to get under the skin of a prospect's business and identify real pain, not surface-level triggers
- • Confidence prospecting into VP and C-suite stakeholders across multi-threaded accounts
- • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to write sequences that earn a reply rather than just send one
- • Full autonomy on prioritisation and outbound strategy — you don't need to be managed to your next action
- • Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can make you better at your job, including interrogating outputs and pushing boundaries
- • Built your own AI-assisted prospecting workflow and can demonstrate how it works (nice to have)
