• • As a Senior Benefits Advisor at Melita Group, you will serve as a trusted expert guiding small to mid-sized employers through complex benefits decisions, directly impacting employee well-being and organizational success.
• • You will lead benefits analysis and presentations across medical, dental, vision, disability, group life, and voluntary benefit lines for clients with 2 to 250 employees, design strategic benefits packages, and mentor a team of two offshore Benefits Marketing Specialists.
