- • Develop and execute integrated brand and social media strategies that align with Envato’s mission to support creatives, leveraging data-informed insights to amplify reach, foster community engagement, and strengthen brand loyalty across key markets including Australia and New Zealand.
- • Lead end-to-end planning, creation, and optimization of social content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter, ensuring consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging while adapting to platform-specific trends and audience behaviors.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Content, and Growth to launch campaigns that highlight new features, asset libraries, AI tools, and educational resources, driving awareness and adoption among target audiences.
- • Monitor, analyze, and report on social performance metrics using analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness, audience sentiment, and engagement trends, using insights to refine strategy and optimize ROI.
- • Manage community engagement by fostering authentic interactions, responding to audience feedback, and identifying opportunities for user-generated content and creator partnerships that enhance brand authenticity.
- • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and cultural conversations in the creative industry to ensure Envato remains relevant and innovative in its digital outreach.

- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on-brand narratives tailored to diverse creative audiences.
- • Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics) and experience translating data into actionable marketing insights.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, design, and content to execute integrated marketing initiatives.
- • Passion for the creative industry and understanding of the needs, behaviors, and motivations of designers, developers, videographers, and other digital creators.
