- • As a Senior Programmatic Strategist at Directive Consulting LLC, you will play a pivotal role in driving measurable revenue growth for B2B and SaaS clients by designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact programmatic campaigns that go beyond lead generation to fuel pipeline and sales-qualified opportunities.
- • You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of programmatic campaigns across multiple channels—including Display, Native, Video, and Audio—leveraging platforms like DV360 and The Trade Desk to align media strategy with client business objectives and deliver performance at scale.
- • Directive Consulting is a leading B2B performance marketing agency known for its Customer Generation methodology, which focuses on delivering real revenue outcomes rather than vanity metrics, and operates with a bold, fast-paced, and innovative culture that values strategic thinking and technical excellence.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management to ensure cohesive campaign execution, while serving as the primary client-facing strategist responsible for communication, reporting, and presenting insights and recommendations.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in integrating first- and third-party data for advanced audience targeting, building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success, and optimizing for KPIs that matter—such as NSM attainment and CSAT scores of 4.4+—while staying ahead of industry trends like AI and automation in marketing.
- • You will have the opportunity to grow your strategic and technical leadership in a high-growth environment, managing client budgets exceeding $50k/month, influencing go-to-market strategies, and contributing to the evolution of programmatic practices within a top-tier agency serving innovative B2B brands.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies, with bonus consideration for B2B or SaaS experience
- • Hands-on expertise in building and optimizing campaigns in Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), particularly DV360 and The Trade Desk
- • Strong analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset with proven success in driving programmatic growth across clients with monthly budgets over $50k
