  • • Act as a strategic partner to stakeholders by identifying business problems and proactively proposing scalable processes and solutions across the entire customer journey.
  • • Document and analyze current-state workflows using process mapping to identify areas for improvement in post-sales operations.
  • • Design and deliver solutions to enhance business process efficiency using integrated systems including Salesforce, Smartsheet, Salesloft, and Gainsight.
  • • Implement and maintain KPIs to measure the effectiveness of new solutions, leveraging data-driven insights to drive continuous innovation and operational improvement.
  • • Own end-to-end project delivery including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, timeline management, testing, launch, and post-launch support.
  • • Proactively prioritize work based on business impact, urgency, and alignment to strategic goals, managing competing demands with minimal direction.
  • • Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams by understanding their goals, workflows, and pain points to tailor solutions that reflect real-world operations.
  • • Make confident business decisions using a combination of business judgment, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
  • • Participate fully in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • • Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and functional/technical specifications to clearly communicate requirements to development teams.
  • • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet defined requirements and function as intended before deployment.
  • • Gather and analyze user feedback and post-launch usage data to inform future product enhancements and iterative updates.
  • • Partner with stakeholders and leadership to align the business roadmap with cross-team capacity and prioritization for system development initiatives.
  • • Execute ad-hoc and Business As Usual (BAU) requests from internal stakeholders while maintaining focus on long-term strategic initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of business analysis experience in SaaS environments with deep knowledge of the customer journey
  • • Proven experience leading cross-functional business transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes
  • • Must have strong Salesforce experience with an excellent understanding of its best practices and functionality
  • • Demonstrated ability to create process maps, write technical user stories, document business requirements, and run UAT
  • • Strong prioritization skills and experience managing a portfolio of projects alongside ongoing BAU work
  • • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills with ability to simplify complex problems for stakeholders at all levels
