- • As a Senior Business Analyst at SunnyData Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bridging business strategy with technical execution, ensuring that data and AI solutions deliver measurable value to clients by aligning project outcomes with their strategic goals and driving innovation in scalable data architectures.
- • You will collaborate directly with clients to uncover business needs, design data-driven solutions, and lead workshops that align stakeholders on project objectives, while translating complex challenges into actionable plans for technical teams to implement scalable data engineering pipelines, ML/AI applications, and robust data consumption layers.
- • You will partner with SunnyData’s technical delivery teams to ensure they have clear priorities, well-defined requirements, and the necessary resources to succeed, conducting gap analyses, recommending process improvements—including in data governance—and developing accelerators and frameworks that elevate the company’s delivery capabilities across engagements.
- • You will operate within a mission-driven, innovative company focused on helping clients build scalable data architectures and AI-powered outcomes, working in a collaborative, inclusive culture that values diversity, continuous learning, and impact-driven work in the data and analytics space.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in data analytics, AI strategy, and enterprise business analysis, gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, APIs, and Databricks, while developing leadership skills in stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and translating business needs into technical specifications—positioning you for advancement into senior consulting, product, or data strategy roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, preferably within Data and Analytics or related technology domains
- • Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting, with proficiency in visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- • Proven experience in client-facing roles within consulting or professional services, including facilitating workshops, managing stakeholder alignment, and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
