📋 Description

• As a Senior Business Analyst at Infiterra Inc., you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our B2B SaaS platform, which is revolutionizing the subscription economy for IT Distributors and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) globally. You will operate at the critical nexus where product strategy meets technical execution, playing a pivotal role in translating complex business needs into actionable technical requirements. This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate intimately with Product Owners, engineering teams, and various stakeholders to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of innovative product features within our agile, 3-week sprint cycles.
• Your primary responsibility will be to own the end-to-end analysis and definition of business and functional requirements for new product initiatives. This encompasses the entire lifecycle from initial discovery and ideation through to final delivery. You will be expected to dive deep into the intricacies of our technically complex SaaS product, moving beyond mere documentation to actively co-create and refine solutions alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
• A core aspect of your role involves translating high-level business objectives and user needs into precise, well-defined user stories, comprehensive acceptance criteria, and clear technical requirements. These artifacts will serve as the blueprint for our engineering teams, enabling them to execute with clarity and precision during sprint planning and development.
• You will act as a vital bridge, fostering seamless communication and alignment between the product, engineering, and business departments. This involves ensuring that all parties have a shared understanding of the product vision, the technical challenges, and the business value being delivered at every stage of the development process.
• A significant part of your contribution will be working with APIs, integrations, and intricate data flows. You will need to develop a strong understanding of how different systems interact, identify potential constraints, and articulate these technical considerations clearly within the requirements.

• Furthermore, you will be involved in monitoring key product metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to identify opportunities for both process enhancements and product improvements. Your analytical skills will help guide strategic decisions and ensure we are building the right features in the most effective way.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner within a SaaS or software product development environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrated through a structured, pragmatic approach to dissecting complex business challenges.
• Proven ability to produce clear and concise user stories, detailed use cases, process flow diagrams, and well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with engineering teams in agile, sprint-based development frameworks.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and how business requirements are translated into technical implementations.
• Good grasp of API concepts, system integrations, and the ability to document technical interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage with and challenge both business and technical stakeholders.
