📋 Description
- • Lead the end-to-end integration of technology programs for the Asset Lifecycle Management business unit, ensuring alignment between commercial, operational, and technical stakeholders to achieve defined business objectives.
- • Collaborate with global teams and external partners to assess, prioritize, and validate business requirements for technology transitions, ensuring solutions meet both functional and strategic goals.
- • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to document, standardize, and optimize global business processes related to technology adoption, including requirements validation, User Acceptance Testing, and performance testing.
- • Develop and maintain a standardized playbook for technology transition activities to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability across regions and business units.
- • Participate in governance forums to represent functional needs, provide assurance on deliverables, and verify adherence to baselined requirements and organizational standards.
- • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and ensure smooth implementation.
- • Monitor and evaluate the impact of technology initiatives across geographically dispersed markets, adjusting approaches based on regional regulations, operational constraints, and cultural contexts.
- • Drive change management efforts by communicating transitions effectively to diverse audiences, managing resistance, and ensuring user adoption of new systems and processes.
- • Utilize Agile methodologies and industry-standard business analysis tools to support iterative delivery, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement throughout program lifecycles.
- • Identify risks and dependencies in technology transitions and proactively propose mitigations to prevent delays, cost overruns, or operational disruptions.
- • Ensure all technology solutions support Iron Mountain’s commitment to data privacy, sustainability, and responsible innovation across records management, digital transformation, and asset lifecycle services.
- • Maintain detailed documentation of processes, decisions, and outcomes to enable knowledge transfer, audit readiness, and future program scaling.
- • Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and recommending enhancements to technology integration frameworks within the Enterprise Information Technology group.
- • Contribute to the development of performance metrics and success criteria for technology programs, aligning outcomes with business unit growth ambitions and organizational KPIs.
