- • As a Senior Business Analyst at SunnyData Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that client projects deliver measurable business value by bridging strategic objectives with technical execution, particularly in data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven solutions.
- • You will collaborate directly with clients to uncover business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and guide technical teams to implement scalable data architectures and AI applications that drive outstanding business outcomes.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on project goals, conducting gap analyses of current business processes, and recommending improvements in areas such as data governance and process efficiency.
- • You will design and develop business architectures that align with clients’ long-term strategic goals, ensuring that data pipelines, consumption layers, and ML/AI applications are built to support scalability and performance.
- • A key part of your role involves identifying opportunities to leverage data and AI to optimize business processes, quantify potential ROI, and build accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that enhance SunnyData’s delivery capabilities across engagements.
- • You will serve as the critical link between business strategy and technical execution, translating complex business challenges into clear, scalable data solutions while ensuring technical teams have the resources, priorities, and requirements needed to succeed.
- • You will also help expand client relationships by identifying new opportunities for engagement and demonstrating thought leadership in data, analytics, and AI strategy.
- • Working within a mission-driven organization, you’ll contribute to SunnyData’s goal of empowering customers to build robust data infrastructures and intelligent applications that transform their operations and decision-making.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, preferably within Data and Analytics or related technology domains
- • Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- • Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- • Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services setting
- • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops, manage stakeholder dynamics, and build consensus
- • Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven mindset for quantifying business value and ROI
