- • As a Senior Business Analyst at CoverGo Technologies Limited, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions for global insurance clients, directly contributing to the company’s mission of making insurance 100% digital and accessible. Your expertise in health insurance domain and business analysis will drive process improvements, system enhancements, and successful project delivery for enterprise clients like AXA, Bupa, and MSIG, ensuring CoverGo remains a leader in the insurtech space.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients and technical teams to identify business problems and design analytical solutions; planning and designing simple to semi-complex business processes and system modifications; gathering business requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation techniques; analyzing and documenting complex client requirements and processes; creating detailed test case scenarios and overseeing testing to validate system alignment with client needs; developing business requirements documents and user stories to guide development efforts; assisting in work planning, allocation, and monitoring for other business analysts when required; understanding system data flows to surface actionable insights and support sound decision-making; providing time estimates for project tasks; updating procedural and process documentation; gaining foundational knowledge of technical development cycles for web and mobile applications; supporting QA, UAT, and release phases through defect analysis and change management; and performing any additional tasks assigned to support project success.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in health insurance domain processes, regulatory frameworks, and insurtech innovation while mastering end-to-end business analysis lifecycle—from requirements gathering to UAT support. You will gain experience working with enterprise-grade no-code platforms, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and cross-functional global teams, positioning you for advancement into lead analyst, product ownership, or consulting roles within the fast-growing digital insurance sector.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- • A degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field
- • Previous experience working in the health insurance industry is required
- • Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment is a must
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Knowledge of business analysis concepts including requirements definition, translation to technical solutions, and Agile prioritization to epics and sprints
