• • Lead end-to-end business analysis for mission-critical core-banking solutions that power 40 % of the world’s largest corporations. You will own the full software lifecycle—from discovery workshops with C-level stakeholders to final user-acceptance testing—ensuring every requirement is translated into a scalable, secure, and cloud-ready product.
• • Deep-dive into the most complex banking processes (payments, lending, treasury, compliance, risk) and become the go-to subject-matter expert who can map regulatory frameworks, detect process gaps, and design elegant digital workflows that cut operational costs by double-digit percentages.
• • Drive high-impact product evolution projects: prioritise backlogs, write crystal-clear user stories, craft detailed functional specifications, and create visual process models that developers, QA engineers, and client IT teams can execute against with zero ambiguity.
• • Partner with cross-functional squads in Italy, the UK, and APAC to deliver new product implementations on ION’s next-generation cloud platform. You will orchestrate sprint planning, facilitate daily scrums, and run sprint reviews that keep global stakeholders aligned and engaged.
• • Champion the transition from legacy on-premise systems to modern micro-services architecture. You will assess migration risks, define phased rollout strategies, and validate data integrity during cut-over weekends—turning complex transformation roadmaps into reality.
• • Translate regulatory change (PSD2, Basel IV, ESG reporting) into actionable system requirements. You will liaise with legal, risk, and compliance teams to ensure every new feature meets both local and international standards before release.
• • Build and maintain a living repository of process documentation, KPI dashboards, and training materials that empower client operations teams to self-serve and continuously optimise their workflows long after go-live.
• • Mentor junior analysts and run internal knowledge-sharing sessions on topics such as BPMN modelling, user-story mapping, and cloud-native design patterns—multiplying your impact across the entire Italian delivery organisation.
• • Present findings and recommendations to executive sponsors in concise, data-driven narratives that secure buy-in and unlock additional investment for future product enhancements.
• • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement by running retrospectives, A/B testing new features, and feeding real-world usage metrics back into the product roadmap—ensuring ION stays ahead of market demands and client expectations.
