As part of Voodoo's hyper-growth strategy, the WeMoms team, comprised of 30 passionate professionals, is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for talented individuals to help shape the future of maternal support.
  • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving ad sales to agencies and brands within the French market. As the Senior Business Developer for WeMoms, your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, implement, and execute a robust sales strategy. This involves proactively identifying and engaging potential clients, developing compelling pitches, negotiating favorable terms, and ultimately closing deals for both traditional and innovative ad inventory. Your success will directly contribute to the revenue growth and market penetration of WeMoms' advertising offerings.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve building strong awareness and fostering adoption of the WeMoms offering. This will be achieved through impactful client presentations, active participation in industry conferences, and strategic networking events. You will be expected to cultivate a deep understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and the unique value proposition of WeMoms, enabling you to articulate its benefits persuasively to a diverse range of clients, from small and mid-market businesses to large agencies and brands.
  • • The position requires a unique blend of new business development acumen and sophisticated sales skills, coupled with a strong emphasis on long-term relationship management. You will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Simultaneously, you will be actively pursuing new business leads, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach to client acquisition. Your ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their evolving needs and the nuances of the mobile ecosystem, will be critical to your success.

You will need to work closely with various internal teams, including Ad Operations and Account Management, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
