- • Senior Business Development Manager responsible for expanding sales in existing and new accounts within the Eastern US multifamily and single-family markets, driving revenue growth through strategic client engagement and product innovation.
- • Day-to-day duties include identifying customer needs, developing client plans, introducing new renters insurance products and services, managing sales pipelines via SalesForce, conducting in-person and virtual sales presentations, and serving as a subject matter expert to resolve complex client issues.
- • Part of Assurant’s Renters Solutions Enterprise Sales Team, a global leader in business services supporting connected consumer purchases, with a presence in 21 countries and a culture recognized as a Best/Great Place to Work in 14 countries.
- • Opportunity to deepen expertise in multifamily housing sales, influence strategic account growth, master consultative selling techniques, and contribute to product innovation while earning variable compensation tied to performance.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise sales and account development in the Multifamily and Single-Family industry
- • Proven track record of strategic planning, negotiation expertise, and building/managing a sales pipeline via SalesForce
- • Successful track record of sales quota performance
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- • Extensive knowledge of Assurant’s renters insurance products, services, and solutions
- • Experience working with Property Management Companies managing 8,000+ units in the Multifamily Housing industry
