- • Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, crafting digital marketing strategies and solutions in search marketing (SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Creative, AI, Analytics), using data to understand client needs, and presenting value-driven, consultative proposals to prospective clients.
- • Seer Interactive is a remote-first, Certified B-Corp agency with a mission to unlock potential across communities through ethical, data-informed practices; the company emphasizes AI integration via its AI Council and values truth, innovation, and human-centered approaches.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in consultative sales within digital marketing, strengthen your ability to blend technical knowledge with emotional intelligence, build long-term client relationships, and contribute to revenue goals by solving client problems rather than pushing sales.

- • Proven experience in digital marketing with deep knowledge of SEO, Paid Media, CRO, Creative, AI, and Analytics
- • Ability to craft and present data-driven digital marketing strategies in a consultative, strategic manner
- • Strong business acumen and emotional intelligence to build trust and solve client problems
- • Track record of closing new business in a value-driven sales environment
- • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with core hours aligned to continental US time zones
- • Based in the United States and eligible to work full-time
