- • Own the EMEA growth mandate for Coda’s B2B payments and distribution stack. You will be the single-threaded leader who turns white-space markets into predictable, scalable revenue streams for gaming studios, creator platforms, and digital-first brands.
- • Build and close a multi-million-dollar new-logo pipeline from scratch. You will source, qualify, pitch, and negotiate enterprise-grade agreements that bundle Codapay, Custom Commerce, Giftcloud, and prepaid distribution into one irresistible growth package.
- • Become the trusted payments strategist for C-suite executives across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will translate complex regulatory, tax, and FX challenges into simple, profitable roadmaps that let partners launch faster and monetize deeper.
- • Create referenceable lighthouse accounts that fuel our network effect. Every signature you secure will unlock cross-sell opportunities, co-marketing stories, and product feedback loops that accelerate our roadmap and de-risk future deals.
- • Architect multi-product proposals that stitch together payment orchestration, storefront build-outs, and incentive campaigns. You will price, scope, and project-manage these bundles end-to-end, ensuring Finance, Compliance, and Engineering all buy in before the dotted line is signed.
- • Run quarterly territory reviews with Product and Finance to prioritize feature gaps, pricing models, and market-entry sequencing. Your field intelligence will directly influence where we build next and how we package it.
- • Lead cross-functional sprint teams during pre-sale pilots. You will marshal engineers in Singapore, compliance counsel in Amsterdam, and marketing leads in Dubai to deliver a seamless onboarding experience that turns prospects into evangelists.
- • Evangelize Coda at tier-1 industry events, podcasts, and closed-door roundtables. You will shape the narrative on borderless payments, creator economy monetization, and prepaid innovation—positioning Coda as the category thought leader.
- • Embed modern, AI-enabled workflows into every stage of the funnel. From intent-data scoring to automated follow-ups, you will model best-practice CRM hygiene that the entire global sales organization can replicate.
- • Mentor rising Account Executives and SDRs across the EMEA patch. You will codify playbooks, run deal clinics, and champion a culture of radical transparency and shared learning.
- • Deliver predictable quarterly forecasts that withstand board-level scrutiny. You will maintain 3× pipeline coverage, stage-weighted close dates, and risk-flagged deals so leadership can invest with confidence.
- • Champion diversity and inclusion in every hiring decision, partnership negotiation, and customer success story. You will amplify under-represented voices and ensure our growth story benefits every market we touch.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital payments, with a proven track record of closing seven-figure deals across EMEA.
- • Deep fluency in payments, FX, and regulatory landscapes across Europe, Middle East, and Africa; able to speak confidently about PSD2, GDPR, and emerging MENA frameworks.
- • Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional deal teams spanning Sales, Product, Legal, and Engineering in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
- • Strong executive presence and storytelling skills—comfortable presenting to C-suite and boards, both virtually and on stage at industry events.
- • Data-driven mindset with mastery of modern CRM, forecasting, and intent-data tools (Salesforce, Clari, 6sense, or equivalents).
