📋 Description
- • As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) at Taktile Technologies Inc., you will be at the forefront of driving growth for a category-leading AI-powered decision engine. This pivotal role involves generating high-quality sales pipelines by engaging with executives in the fintech and banking sectors, providing them with invaluable market insights, and serving as the crucial first point of contact in their buying journey. You will be instrumental in building the foundational elements for Taktile's scalable global expansion, working collaboratively with both the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to meticulously research and identify target companies and leads that align with Taktile's ideal customer profile. This involves a deep dive into potential clients within the fintech and financial services industries, understanding their unique challenges, and pinpointing how Taktile's innovative solutions can address their needs. You will leverage various tools and methodologies to source and qualify outbound leads, applying established qualification frameworks such as PACTT to ensure a high standard of engagement.
- • In parallel, you will be responsible for triaging and qualifying inbound leads generated from Taktile's marketing activities. This requires a keen ability to quickly assess the potential of incoming leads, understand their immediate needs, and guide them effectively towards the next stage of the sales process. You will manage the entire prospecting workflow, utilizing tools like Sales Navigator and HubSpot to maintain organization, track progress, and ensure no opportunity is missed.
- • A key outcome of your efforts will be setting up qualified Discovery meetings for the sales team. This means not only identifying potential clients but also nurturing those relationships to a point where they are ready for a deeper dive with our sales specialists. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently meet or overachieve on activity metrics and monthly Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) targets, directly contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- • Beyond lead generation and qualification, you will play a vital role in shaping Taktile's go-to-market strategy. By providing consistent feedback on market insights gathered from your interactions, you will help the Taktile management team refine our positioning, messaging, and overall sales playbook. This continuous feedback loop is essential for staying ahead in a dynamic market and ensuring our product and sales approach remain cutting-edge.
- • The ideal candidate is empathetic and deeply curious, possessing a genuine passion for understanding customer problems and developing tailored solutions. You should feel confident leading live conversations across various channels, including phone, video, and potentially face-to-face interactions, always aiming to leave a stellar impression of Taktile.
