- • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via cold calling, email, and social channels to generate a qualified pipeline for B2B and B2C markets.
- • Respond to and qualify inbound leads sourced from marketing initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
- • Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, identify fit, and advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
- • Generate, schedule, and hand off qualified meetings and product demos to the sales team.
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and outcomes within the CRM system.
- • Follow and champion established sales processes, cadences, and messaging frameworks consistently across all outreach channels.
- • Mentor and support junior BDR team members by sharing best practices and proven outreach strategies.
- • Consistently meet and exceed activity targets and opportunity creation benchmarks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- • Work remotely across US time zones (EST–PST), maintaining availability Monday–Friday to align with team and client schedules.
- • Utilize remote collaboration tools including Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana to coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
- • Apply hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent to track and manage pipeline progression.
- • Execute multi-channel prospecting strategies with strong written and verbal communication skills and a results-driven, client-first mindset.
- • Record and submit a video as part of the mandatory application process; failure to do so disqualifies consideration for any role.
- • Operate in a remote-first environment with no office location required, but must be based within and available to work US time zones.
- • Participate in a high-velocity sales environment focused on pipeline growth through disciplined activity and measurable outcomes.
- • Ensure all outreach activities adhere to company-approved messaging frameworks and compliance standards.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing to align lead qualification criteria and improve conversion rates.
- • Continuously refine outreach techniques based on performance data and feedback from the sales team.
- • Demonstrate adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, quota-driven role with frequent feedback and performance reviews.
- • Represent Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. professionally in all prospect interactions, maintaining brand integrity and trust.
- • Adhere strictly to application requirements, including completion of the full application form and video submission, as non-compliance results in automatic disqualification.
