  • • As a Senior Business Development Representative (High-Velocity Sales) at Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc., you will play a critical role in driving pipeline generation for fast-growing global companies by blending outbound prospecting, inbound lead qualification, and full-funnel engagement in a high-volume, remote-first sales environment. Your work directly impacts revenue growth by identifying and nurturing qualified opportunities that feed the sales team, making you a key contributor to the company’s mission of connecting top talent with vetted employers through competitive pay and real career advancement.
  • • Day to day, you will run high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage target accounts; handle and qualify inbound leads through structured discovery conversations to assess fit and intent; identify and book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team by uncovering pain points and aligning solutions; execute discovery calls that surface clear next steps, objections, and decision-making criteria to accelerate the sales cycle; maintain accurate and timely CRM activity logging in Salesforce or HubSpot to ensure data integrity and forecast reliability; and consistently meet or exceed daily activity benchmarks (calls, emails, touches) and monthly pipeline goals to support predictable revenue generation.
  • • You will join a remote-first, high-velocity sales team operating across US time zones (EST–PST), where collaboration happens through Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana, and where performance is driven by execution, accountability, and a competitive mindset. The team values initiative, resilience, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, offering exposure to global clients and scalable sales processes used by high-growth tech companies.
  • • In this role, you will develop advanced skills in consultative prospecting, CRM mastery, sales engagement automation, and pipeline forecasting — gaining hands-on experience in full-cycle lead management that prepares you for advancement into Account Executive, Sales Management, or Sales Operations roles. You’ll also refine your communication, objection handling, and time management abilities while working with US/UK-based companies, building a portable, high-value skill set in high-velocity B2B sales that is transferable across industries and geographies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of experience in sales development, BDR, or similar outbound/inbound lead generation roles
  • • Proven ability to handle high call volume when required, with comfort in remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana) and prior experience working with US or UK-based companies
  • • Hands-on experience using Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM systems for lead tracking, activity logging, and pipeline management
