  • • Hangar Aviation Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic team. You will operate in a hybrid model, expertly blending high-volume outbound prospecting with the effective qualification of inbound leads. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying position that demands a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales development process.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be to drive pipeline growth by executing a robust outbound outreach strategy. This involves consistently engaging with potential customers through a variety of channels, including cold calling at scale, personalized email campaigns, and strategic social media engagement. You will be expected to master our messaging and leverage sales engagement tools to maximize your reach and impact. The ability to navigate objections, build rapport quickly, and articulate Hangar Aviation Technologies' value proposition effectively will be key to your success in this aspect of the role.
  • • Complementing your outbound efforts, you will also be responsible for qualifying inbound leads generated through various marketing initiatives. This requires a keen ability to listen, understand prospect needs, and determine their fit with our solutions. You will lead initial discovery conversations, delving into their pain points, business challenges, and objectives. The goal is to identify genuine interest and potential, converting that interest into qualified sales opportunities that are ready for the next stage of the sales cycle.
  • • A crucial part of your role will be to generate and schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for our Sales team. This means not only identifying potential clients but also effectively communicating the value of a deeper dive into our offerings and securing commitment for follow-up discussions. You will be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that our Sales team receives well-vetted leads that have a high probability of conversion.
  • • To ensure operational efficiency and provide valuable insights, you will be required to maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records. This includes meticulously logging all activities, tracking lead progress, and documenting outcomes. Adherence to established sales processes, standardized messaging, and qualification frameworks is essential. This consistency allows for effective team collaboration, performance tracking, and continuous improvement of our sales strategies.
  • • Success in this role is measured by your ability to consistently meet and exceed targets. This includes activity metrics, pipeline generation goals, and the number of qualified meetings scheduled. We are looking for a results-driven individual who thrives in a performance-oriented environment and is committed to achieving ambitious goals. Prior closing experience is highly preferred, as it indicates a strong understanding of the full sales cycle and the ability to drive deals to fruition.
  • • This is a remote position, and as such, requires a high degree of self-discipline, organization, and proficiency with remote collaboration tools. You will be working with US Time Zones (EST–PST), necessitating flexibility and proactive communication to align with team and prospect schedules. Experience working with US or UK-based companies is non-negotiable, reflecting our global client base and operational focus. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), or similar sales development role, with a proven track record in B2B or B2C environments.
  • • Demonstrated comfort and proficiency in executing high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns across multiple channels (cold calling, email, social media).
  • • Proven experience working remotely, fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and prior experience engaging with US or UK-based companies.
  • • Hands-on experience utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable platforms for lead management and activity tracking.
  • • Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills, coupled with resilience, a proactive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
