- • You will execute high-volume outbound outreach using cold calls, personalized emails, and social selling techniques to engage target accounts, while simultaneously qualifying inbound leads to identify sales-ready opportunities. This hybrid approach requires disciplined time management, consistent activity tracking, and the ability to adapt messaging based on buyer intent and engagement signals.
- • You will lead discovery conversations to uncover prospect pain points, business challenges, and decision-making criteria, using active listening and consultative questioning to assess fit and tailor value propositions. Your ability to build rapport quickly and navigate complex buying processes will be essential in moving prospects through the sales funnel.
- • You will own the end-to-end process of generating and scheduling qualified meetings and product demos for the Sales team, ensuring that each opportunity meets predefined qualification criteria (such as BANT or MEDDIC) and is properly documented in the CRM for seamless handoff.
- • You will maintain meticulous CRM hygiene by logging all activities, updating lead statuses, and tracking outcomes in Salesforce or HubSpot, enabling accurate forecasting, performance reporting, and continuous process improvement.
- • You will adhere to established sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and qualification methodologies while contributing feedback to refine outreach sequences and improve conversion rates over time.
- • You will consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, touches), pipeline generation goals, and meeting-setting quotas, demonstrating resilience, self-discipline, and a relentless focus on results.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of proven experience in BDR, SDR, or sales development roles within B2B, B2C, or hybrid environments, with a track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
- • Demonstrated comfort and effectiveness in high-volume outbound calling, including the ability to make 50+ quality calls per day while maintaining professionalism and engagement.
- • Prior remote work experience is mandatory, including fluency with collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana, along with a history of working successfully with US or UK-based companies.
- • Hands-on proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot, including accurate data entry, lead management, and reporting capabilities.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills, emotional resilience, and a results-oriented mindset capable of thriving in a quota-driven, fast-paced remote setting.
