📋 Description

• As a Senior Business Development Representative at UiPath, you will play a critical role in driving pipeline growth and uncovering new business opportunities by serving as the first point of contact for potential customers in Japan.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting new customers via phone, email, and social media; qualifying inbound and outbound leads; conducting customer discovery to understand needs; collaborating with sales leadership on strategic account targeting; logging activities in CRM systems; partnering with marketing on outreach campaigns; learning UiPath’s solutions and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value; achieving KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings set, and pipeline created; and continuously improving skills through training and feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and written communication abilities
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce (preferred)
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proactive, persistent, and accountable mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
