• • As a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Wayflyer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing the technology infrastructure that powers our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. This is a critical position where you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and enhancing the systems and integrations that form the backbone of our sales funnel, from initial lead generation through to deal closure and beyond. Your expertise will directly influence our ability to acquire and retain customers, driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• • You will take direct ownership of the inbound lead routing process across all channels, including partnerships and owned platforms. This involves meticulously maintaining and optimizing lead assignment rules, ensuring seamless lead enrichment, and proactively identifying and rectifying any inefficiencies within the inbound lead flow. Your work will ensure that potential customers are directed to the right teams swiftly and effectively, maximizing conversion opportunities.
• • A core aspect of your role will involve leveraging self-sourced data to conduct in-depth analyses of specific process performances. You will be responsible for performing root cause analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and subsequently building robust solutions. A key performance indicator for your success will be your ability to measure the impact of your implemented solutions against existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the GTM organization.
• • Collaboration is central to this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Finance, to deeply understand their needs and challenges. By gathering comprehensive requirements, you will design and implement solutions that significantly enhance overall efficiency, productivity, and user experience across these departments.

This includes user guides, technical specifications, and training materials to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing support for the implemented solutions.
• • You will act as a subject matter expert for our GTM technology stack, providing guidance and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and driving adoption of new features and functionalities. Your ability to translate technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders will be crucial for successful project delivery and user satisfaction.
