• • As a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Finance at Kraken, you will be instrumental in shaping the technological backbone of our rapidly growing cryptocurrency enterprise. • • In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, meticulous configuration, and unwavering stability of NetSuite and its interconnected financial systems, including Blackline, Kyriba, Brex, and Lukka. You will serve as the primary technology liaison for Kraken's Finance and Accounting teams, ensuring seamless operations and providing critical support. A significant part of your role will involve managing a high volume of NetSuite support tickets with an emphasis on rapid response, guaranteeing that crucial accounting workflows, such as month-end close, proceed without any disruption. You will also take the lead on end-to-end enhancements and projects within NetSuite, from meticulously gathering requirements with Finance stakeholders to overseeing the build, rigorous testing, and successful rollout of new functionalities. Furthermore, you will design, build, and maintain robust integrations between NetSuite and various third-party systems, working collaboratively with the Enterprise Integration, Data Warehouse, and Engineering teams on complex, cross-functional data initiatives.
• • A key focus of this role is to champion AI-driven process automation across the entire accounting function. This involves proactively identifying opportunities to replace manual, time-consuming workflows with intelligent, system-driven solutions, and actively piloting AI tooling within the NetSuite ecosystem and its connected platforms. You will play a critical role in leading IPO readiness initiatives, with a strategic emphasis on reducing close times and establishing scalable, audit-sound processes that can adeptly support our continued global growth. You will partner closely with Finance leadership to gain a deep understanding of current business processes, identify critical gaps, and propose scalable, forward-thinking solutions tailored to a growing, multi-entity global operation. Your responsibilities will extend to collaborating with System Integrator (SI) partners on outsourced projects, providing essential co-design and co-development oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes that align with Kraken's strategic objectives.
