• Senior Business Systems Analyst (ServiceNow) role focused on enhancing Genesys Cloud’s enterprise ServiceNow platform to improve service delivery, governance, and user experience
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading onboarding of new teams and applications into the ServiceNow ITSM ecosystem, partnering with stakeholders to define enhancements and success metrics, driving adoption through KPIs and dashboards, ensuring CMDB data integrity and CSDM alignment, governing knowledge management, and facilitating training for platform adoption
• Genesys is a global leader in AI-powered customer and employee experience orchestration, employing over 6,000 people who collaborate with empathy and innovation to transform customer experience landscapes
• The role offers opportunity to deepen expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, enterprise service management, data-driven process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to scalable, empathetic customer and employee experiences at scale
