đ Description
- ⢠As a Senior Change Management Consultant at Huble Limited, you will lead change management workstreams on HubSpot transformation programmes while building and defining Hubleâs change management service offering, ensuring technology adoption drives measurable business results through structured people and process change.
- ⢠You will lead end-to-end change strategy from discovery to post-go-live adoption, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, resistance identification, change roadmap design, communication and training planning, adoption metric tracking, and executive-level reporting on change readiness and risk.
- ⢠You will design and facilitate workshops with senior sponsors, programme teams, and end-users to build leadership alignment, clarify vision and success measures, address resistance early, enable change champion networks, and drive ownership across client teams, engaging confidently with both C-suite and operational stakeholders.
- ⢠You will build and formalise Hubleâs change management offering by defining a HubSpot-tailored methodology (adapting ADKAR, Kotter, or similar), developing reusable templates, playbooks, diagnostic tools, structured service tiers for scoping and pricing, supporting pre-sales and proposal development, contributing to thought leadership, and aiding internal enablement and future recruitment.
- ⢠You will support Sales and Consulting in positioning change management as a strategic enabler by articulating its value to prospective clients, contributing to proposal writing and scope definition, participating in client discovery and pitch conversations, and ensuring alignment between commercial scope and delivery reality.
- ⢠As the practice grows, you will deliver internal training to raise change awareness across delivery teams, share knowledge through internal sessions and external thought leadership, and help embed a change-first mindset across Huble to strengthen organisational maturity and differentiation.
- ⢠You will join Hubleâs Delivery & Consulting Team in Cape Town, working in a fast-paced, collaborative, client-facing environment where you operate independently, influence at executive level, and take ownership of building a commercially viable, scalable change management practice.
- ⢠You will develop expertise in linking change management to HubSpot implementation success, gain experience in productising consulting services, and grow your ability to drive behavioural and process change that delivers measurable adoption outcomes in mid-market and enterprise clients across EMEA.
đŻ Requirements
- ⢠5+ years of change management experience, ideally within consultancy or agency environments
- ⢠Demonstrable experience leading change on CRM, MarTech, SaaS, or digital transformation programmes
- ⢠Deep knowledge of at least one established change management framework (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, McKinsey 7-S, ITIL, or similar)
- ⢠Strong stakeholder management skills, including C-suite engagement
- ⢠Experience designing and facilitating workshops, training sessions, and executive briefings
- ⢠Ability to produce high-quality written deliverables independently
- ⢠Commercial awareness and consulting mindset
- ⢠Willingness to travel across EMEA for client engagements
