- • The role is responsible for aligning agent activities with corporate sales objectives, ensuring consistent execution of sales strategies, and fostering long-term partner loyalty through data-driven coaching, incentive alignment, and proactive account development.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving sales operational objectives by contributing sales data, analysis, and recommendations to meet or exceed quotas; implementing sales programs and productivity standards; identifying performance gaps and coordinating corrective actions.
- • The Senior Channel Manager forecasts sales accurately to meet or exceed targets, monitors expenditures, and initiates timely corrective actions when performance deviates from plan.

- • They manage regional sales agents by setting and achieving revenue objectives through deep understanding of customer bases, product portfolios, and regional market dynamics; developing account penetration strategies and forecasting sales volume and profit for new and existing offerings.
- • Regional selling price adjustments are recommended based on cost analysis, competitive monitoring, and supply-demand fluctuations to maintain margin integrity and market competitiveness.
- • The Senior Channel Manager oversees regional sales presentations by aligning them with customer goals, preparing call and escalation guidelines, participating in demonstrations, approving sales literature, and leading key pitches at product expositions and client meetings.
- • They maintain and expand the regional customer base by building rapport with key corporate executives, conducting account needs assessments, and coordinating account management teams to drive renewal and upsell opportunities.
- • Development of strategic account plans and preferred vendor relationships ensures alignment with customer expectations, while overseeing installations and escalating issues to operations, sales managers, or customers as needed to ensure service delivery excellence.

- • Demonstrated success in recruiting, training, and managing independent sales agents or channel partners to achieve revenue targets.
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting, performance tracking, and CRM/tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities to engage executives, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- • Ability to travel domestically for partner site visits and training sessions (up to 25% travel expected).
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications preferred.
