- • As a Senior Channel Solutions Engineer at 1Password, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and subject-matter expert supporting the Channel Partnerships organization, playing a critical role in strengthening partner enablement, supporting co-selling motions, and improving deal velocity by aligning 1Password’s capabilities with partner and customer needs in a fast-growing cybersecurity leader.
- • You will work closely with Alliances and Channel teams to craft solutions that address complex customer challenges, navigate technical requirements, influence stakeholders, and articulate value from discovery to close, leveraging frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and drive alignment within deals while collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Support.
- • As a senior team member, you will mentor peers, share knowledge to uplevel technical expertise and soft skills across the Solutions Engineering team, and contribute to internal knowledge sharing, helping to build a culture of continuous learning and excellence in a remote-first environment spanning CST, MST, or PST time zones.
- • You will serve as the primary technical resource for Channel Partnerships and strategic partners including SHI, CDW, Insight, and Guidepoint, driving technical certifications, leading scoping and architecture efforts, delivering advanced demos and solution mappings, guiding partners through integrations and deployment considerations, and owning RFI/RFP/RFQ responses with accurate technical inputs.
- • You will build and influence joint value propositions, enable and coach partner technical teams through structured training, surface partner insights to inform product roadmap discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen customer-facing resources and ensure alignment between partner solutions and 1Password’s Extended Access Management platform.
- • You will operate with high autonomy to manage multiple projects, maintain quality, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to dynamic customer conversations, translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences while demonstrating strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills across sales, product, marketing, and support teams.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5–7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within B2B SaaS environments
- • Proven experience in channel ecosystems, co-selling motions, or MSP environments with existing relationships and knowledge of key national VARs such as SHI, CDW, Insight, and Guidepoint
- • Skilled at translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences with strong presentation, communication, and collaboration abilities across sales, product, marketing, and support teams
- • Experience with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC for opportunity qualification and deal progression
- • Familiarity with SaaS, security concepts, and technologies including SCIM, AD, CLI, SSO, and AI
- • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and navigate dynamic customer conversations and requirements with a high degree of autonomy to manage multiple projects, maintain quality, and meet deadlines
- • Willingness to mentor colleagues and share best practices to support team growth and internal knowledge sharing
