- • Serve as a dedicated operational partner to multiple financial advisors, providing exceptional day-to-day client service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- • Own the end-to-end execution of all client tasks, requests, and inquiries with precision and timeliness, ensuring seamless advisor and client experiences.
- • Proactively identify and implement improvements to internal procedures to enhance efficiency and elevate the standard of advisor and client support.
- • Streamline the entire new client lifecycle, including prospecting, closing, and onboarding by preparing for meetings, gathering account and investment strategy documentation, and driving account creation and transfers.
- • Execute investment transactions and fulfill account billing and performance reporting tasks on behalf of financial advisors.
- • Collaborate with external professional advisors such as CPAs, estate planning attorneys, business managers, and insurance agents to coordinate client needs and ensure consistent service delivery.
- • Accurately create, update, and maintain client data within Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- • Ensure adherence to all compliance policies and procedures, protecting client confidentiality and safeguarding personal and financial information at all times.
- • Act as a key liaison between clients, advisors, and internal teams including Product and Operations to surface feedback and shape future product and service enhancements.
- • Support the scaling of client servicing operations during a period of rapid company growth, contributing to the development of standardized workflows and best practices.
- • Manage high volumes of administrative and client-facing tasks with exceptional organizational skills, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality.
- • Demonstrate fluency in Google Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and proficiency with MS Office equivalents to complete complex documentation, reporting, and data management tasks.
- • Rapidly adopt and master new technologies and systems as the platform evolves, adapting to changing operational demands.
- • Maintain a high-energy, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset, willing to take initiative and contribute beyond core responsibilities to support team and company goals.
- • Contribute to building the foundational client servicing function from the ground up as an early member of the Savvy team.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a similar role with a registered investment advisory firm and/or broker-dealer including direct interaction with clients and advisors.
- • High-energy, collaborative, and self-starter attitude with strong ownership mentality.
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- • Strong technical skills in Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MS Office equivalents.
- • Detail-oriented and organized, with proven ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- • Adept at quickly learning and adopting new technologies.
