📋 Description
- • The Senior Client Delivery Project Manager leads and manages the project implementation lifecycle to deliver multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring successful planning, development, testing, and implementation of deliverables using PMI methodologies.
- • Day to day responsibilities include leading project teams, facilitating work breakdown processes, coordinating cross-functional resources, maintaining project documentation, preparing and distributing reports, managing stakeholder expectations, troubleshooting issues, conducting lessons learned sessions, and mentoring staff in project management best practices.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in payment processing systems, card industry operations, and large-scale financial services project leadership while mentoring others, driving successful client implementations, and contributing to the growth and innovation of Velera’s fintech solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 years of project management experience required
- • 5 years in a client facing role required
- • 5 years in the financial services industry with card processing and payment solutions preferred
- • Large-scale conversion project leadership and card processing experience preferred
- • Client facing project leadership and card processing experience preferred
- • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent combination experience and education is required
- • PMP certification preferred
