  • • As a Senior Client Experience Manager (German Speaking) at Upvest, you will take full ownership of the operational day-to-day relationship between Upvest and Europe's leading financial institutions, serving as the custodian of long-term partnerships and ensuring smooth business-as-usual operations through proactive relationship management and issue resolution.
  • • You will manage end-to-end live client relationships, act as the first escalation point for complex operational issues via Zendesk and Slack, oversee Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to advocate for client needs and improve service delivery.
  • • You will work within the Client Impact department alongside a high-performing, multicultural team of over 270 professionals from 70+ nationalities, collaborating closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Growth, Legal, and Compliance to deliver sustainable value to clients.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in financial technology partnerships, enhance your stakeholder management and problem-solving skills in regulated environments, and grow as a leader through mentoring opportunities and autonomy in a high-growth, impact-driven scale-up backed by €280M in funding from investors like BlackRock and Tencent.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 6+ years of experience in client-facing roles within investments, banking, or financial services
  • • Professional fluency in both German and English
  • • Experience working with large financial institutions and comfort with complex, regulated environments
