- • Lead new client implementations and manage a portfolio of approximately 150 clients as a Senior Client Operations Lead at R1 RCM Inc.
- • Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities across client portfolios, lead analysis and execution, and serve as the 'right hand' to the Manager of 340B Operations.
- • Act as the 'voice of the client' by advocating for client success through performance reporting, troubleshooting, and feedback to sales, product, and internal operations teams.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize client programs, prepare ad-hoc reports, and present progress to internal and external leadership while serving as a subject matter expert for junior Client Operations Leads.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven healthcare organization focused on improving patient care, community impact, and employee well-being through innovation and collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience
- • Proven ability to lead client implementations and manage large client portfolios
- • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience preparing ad-hoc analyses
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, including presenting to leadership
- • Experience advocating for client needs and influencing product or process improvements
