- • Own and grow a portfolio of brand partnerships across Babylist’s media, content, and experiential products, driving both new business development and expansion of existing relationships.
- • Lead end-to-end deal cycles including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and activation oversight for custom partnership packages such as Showroom activations, branded content series, influencer shower sponsorships, and onsite ROAS-driving opportunities.
- • Serve as a strategic consultant to brand partners by understanding their business goals, aligning them with the right Babylist products, and confidently declining partnerships that don’t align with brand values or audience fit.

- • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating compelling proposals and decks for senior brand stakeholders
- • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams including Content, Showroom, and Social
- • Genuine enthusiasm for and hands-on experience using AI tools in daily work
