📋 Description

  • Senior Client Partner at Scale Army leads a team of Account Managers while overseeing the performance of a portfolio of 40–50 client accounts, ensuring smooth execution of hiring searches and strong client delivery across U.S.-based engagements.
  • This role is critical to Scale Army’s mission of building a scalable staffing operating model, where the Senior Client Partner drives both team development and client satisfaction by aligning recruiting efforts with client needs and maintaining high service standards.
  • Day to day, the Senior Client Partner monitors hiring pipelines across all managed accounts to ensure processes move efficiently, identifies delivery risks early, and maintains consistent service quality through proactive coordination with recruiting teams.
  • They lead 2–3 Account Managers by setting clear performance expectations, reviewing hiring progress, coaching on client communication, supporting escalations, and developing team members into stronger operational contributors.
  • The role involves maintaining strong client relationships through regular check-ins, managing expectations during hiring cycles, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring clients feel supported throughout engagements.
  • Success in this role means client engagements run smoothly, hiring timelines are predictable, client satisfaction remains high across the portfolio, and the team continuously improves in effectiveness and capability.
