📋 Description

  • Senior Client Partner role focused on owning and growing a portfolio of 40–50 client accounts while leading a small team of 2–3 Account Managers to drive long-term client partnerships and scalable growth within a high-growth staffing agency transitioning to a structured pod model.
  • This role is critical to Scale Army’s evolution toward structured client pods, where the Senior Client Partner ensures portfolio health, drives Net Dollar Retention, identifies expansion opportunities, and aligns hiring roadmaps with client strategic priorities—directly impacting revenue predictability and client lifetime value.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving Net Dollar Retention across accounts, expanding existing client relationships, identifying opportunities for deeper account penetration, forecasting hiring demand, monitoring account health for early risk detection, and leading renewal and expansion conversations with founders and executives.
  • The Senior Client Partner will conduct quarterly client reviews, align hiring roadmaps with client budgets and priorities, and ensure clients perceive Scale Army as a long-term strategic hiring partner rather than a transactional vendor.
  • In team leadership, the role involves managing 2–3 Account Managers (Hiring Experts) who handle intake calls, hiring coordination, daily client communication, and search execution—setting performance expectations, reviewing account health weekly, coaching on complex client situations, stepping in during escalations, and developing team members toward senior operational roles.
  • The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of hiring initiatives, leveraging data to anticipate client needs, and maintaining a proactive stance on account health to prevent churn and unlock upsell opportunities.
  • Success is measured by continued portfolio revenue growth, strong client retention rates, predictable hiring demand across accounts, and the professional development of Account Managers into stronger operators capable of handling increased responsibility.
  • This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of client engagement at Scale Army by refining the pod model, influencing hiring strategy at the executive level, and building deep, trust-based relationships with U.S.-based clients across LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe time zones.
  • The individual in this role will develop advanced skills in strategic account management, team leadership, commercial forecasting, and executive-level stakeholder engagement—positioning them for future leadership in client success, operations, or general management within scaling B2B services organizations.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in staffing or recruiting agency environments with a proven track record of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships over time through strategic expansion, renewal, and upsell initiatives, directly contributing to Net Dollar Retention.
  • Experience leading client-facing team members, including setting performance expectations, coaching, and developing Account Managers toward senior roles.
  • Strong commercial mindset and business judgment, with the ability to align hiring roadmaps with client budgets, forecast demand, and identify risks and opportunities in complex account landscapes.
  • Comfort working during U.S. business hours to support U.S.-based clients, despite being based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe.
