- • Communicate with exceptional precision and clarity, developing and delivering executive-ready updates, presentations, and reports that are not only informative but also persuasive and actionable, ensuring stakeholders are fully informed and aligned.
- • Own the reporting process, collaborating closely with our dedicated Strategy and Product teams to present performance insights against key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, engagement rates, estimated media value (EMV), sales lift, and affiliate performance. Your reporting will not merely summarize past results but will provide critical foresight to inform future strategies and optimizations.
- • **End-to-End Execution Oversight:**
- • Drive accountability across all project phases, meticulously managing timelines, deliverables, and the final output to ensure all campaign elements are not only on-brand and on-time but also within budget. This encompasses all aspects of execution, from product seeding and paid influencer partnerships to fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- • Champion excellence by consistently pushing internal teams to exceed campaign briefs and deliver work that sets new industry benchmarks for quality, creativity, and impact.
- • Demonstrate agility in problem-solving, proactively anticipating potential roadblocks and developing swift, thoughtful solutions that maintain project momentum and ensure successful outcomes.
- • **Growth & Retention Strategy:**
- • Directly impact client retention and growth by achieving and exceeding Net Revenue Retention (NRR) targets quarter-over-quarter. This will involve identifying and activating upsell opportunities, cultivating deep client trust, and ensuring continued client investment in Kyra's services.
- • Develop a keen understanding of the key drivers that influence client success, aligning campaign strategies with critical client objectives and individual stakeholder success metrics to ensure performance directly contributes to retention and revenue growth.

- • **Project & People Management:**
- • Successfully manage and execute high-impact, large-scale campaigns from initial kickoff through final wrap-up. This includes complex product launches, major seasonal tentpole events, strategic retailer partnerships, and the development of evergreen content engines, ensuring seamless internal collaboration and flawless external delivery.
- • Lead with data by accurately forecasting campaign outcomes, diligently tracking performance metrics, and leveraging insights to inform both immediate tactical adjustments and long-term strategic planning for your beauty brand partners.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing activations or client-facing account management within the creator economy or social media marketing space.
- • Proven expertise in beauty influencer marketing, including deep understanding of creator ecosystems, platform dynamics (especially TikTok and Instagram), and content performance metrics relevant to the beauty industry.
- • Demonstrated success in managing and growing client accounts, with a strong commercial acumen and a clear understanding of how to influence Quarterly Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through strategic execution and relationship building.
- • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to craft and deliver high-impact messages tailored to diverse audiences, from day-to-day client contacts to senior executive stakeholders.
