Reporting directly to the Head of Client Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate strong, enduring client relationships, drive seamless execution of high-performing creator activations, and proactively identify strategic solutions that deliver measurable business impact.   • • **Strategic Relationship Leadership:**
  • • Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact and strategic lead for multiple key brand clients, diligently building robust trust and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • • Serve as the internal "Voice of the Client," adeptly translating nuanced client needs and objectives into clear, actionable plans, and effectively rallying cross-functional teams to ensure impactful campaign delivery.
  • • Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, whether through new geographic markets, innovative product line integrations, or the development of novel creative solutions, demonstrating foresight and strategic focus.
  • • **Solution Crafting & Communication:**
  • • Lead with a strategic approach, transforming raw insights, campaign performance data, and client feedback into compelling, data-driven recommendations that are precisely aligned with overarching brand goals and objectives.
  • • Communicate with exceptional precision and clarity, delivering executive-ready updates, persuasive presentations, and insightful reports that are not only clear and concise but also actionable and impactful.
  • • Collaborate closely with our dedicated Strategy and Product teams to present performance insights against key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that reporting not only summarizes past achievements but also provides a clear roadmap for future strategic direction and optimization.
  • • **End-to-End Execution Oversight:**
  • • Drive accountability across all campaign phases, meticulously owning timelines, critical deliverables, and the final product to ensure all elements are on-brand, delivered punctually, and within budget.
  • • Champion a culture of excellence, consistently pushing internal teams to exceed campaign briefs and deliver work that sets industry benchmarks and drives superior results.
  • • Employ agile problem-solving skills, anticipating potential roadblocks and proactively driving swift, thoughtful solutions that maintain campaign momentum and ensure successful outcomes.
  • • **Growth & Retention Strategy:**
  • • Directly impact and ensure client retention by focusing on Net Revenue Retention (NRR), actively identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building deep client trust, and securing continued client investment quarter-over-quarter.
  • • Develop a keen understanding of the key drivers that influence client success, aligning campaign strategy with core client objectives and individual stakeholder success metrics to ensure performance directly contributes to retention and growth.
  • • Focus on delivering sustained, long-term value, building relationships that deepen and expand over time, moving beyond transactional goal achievement to foster true strategic partnerships.
  • • **Project & People Management:**
  • • Own and manage high-impact, large-scale creator marketing campaigns from initial kickoff through final wrap-up, ensuring seamless internal collaboration and flawless execution.
  • • Lead with data, accurately forecasting campaign outcomes, rigorously tracking performance metrics, and leveraging insights to inform both immediate tactical actions and overarching long-term strategy.
