- • As the Senior Client Success Manager at Lytx, you will serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships throughout the entire client lifecycle—from deployment through renewal—to ensure long-term partnership and product adoption across fleets.
- • Day to day, you will develop and execute customized Program Management Plans, act as a subject matter expert on change management and safety objectives, deliver training sessions, present data analytics to executives, partner with account teams on expansion and renewal efforts, and work cross-functionally to ensure smooth installations and support.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in client success within the fleet and safety technology industry, strengthen your ability to influence executive stakeholders, and grow your impact by driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion of Lytx solutions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience
- • 5–7 years of experience in account management within a fast-paced, commercial products or SaaS environment
- • Strong customer focus and problem resolution skills
- • Aptitude for numbers and expert skills with Microsoft Excel
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- • Experience working with decision makers within an organization
- • Demonstrated success managing complex projects
- • Experience with managed services, trucking, and fleet industry is highly preferred
- • Ability to travel 10–15%
