- • Manage a portfolio of high-value, enterprise-level clients to ensure sustained satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth throughout the contract lifecycle.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels, including executive decision-makers and operational contacts.
- • Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with both client objectives and Cylinder’s growth targets to drive annual revenue retention and expansion.
- • Leverage data insights and clinical metrics to inform account strategies and communicate measurable ROI to clients, demonstrating the value of Cylinder’s digestive health program to their workforce.
- • Collaborate with the marketing team to design, tailor, and co-create targeted campaigns that increase member enrollment and engagement, directly impacting client satisfaction and program adoption.
- • Act as the connective tissue between clients and internal teams including Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Member Services, and Clinical Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on client needs.
- • Lead the planning, execution, and on-time delivery of client-facing projects while maintaining budgetary discipline and operational efficiency in a fast-paced startup environment.
- • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable systems to enhance client onboarding, communication, and ongoing support workflows.
- • Maintain a consultative approach to client interactions, balancing aggressive growth goals with a deep commitment to improving member outcomes in digestive health.
- • Proactively share creative, data-informed suggestions to enhance client engagement strategies and program effectiveness within a collaborative team culture.
- • Travel up to 20% within the United States to meet with clients and support key partnership initiatives.
- • Stay informed about trends in employer-sponsored health benefits, self-insured employers, payers, and TPA operations to provide strategic, industry-relevant guidance to clients.
- • Demonstrate empathy for members experiencing gastrointestinal health conditions and align all client strategies with the mission of improving their quality of life.
- • Maintain high attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accuracy and consistency across all client interactions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of hands-on experience working with self-insured employers, payers, or TPAs in a health-oriented industry
- • 6+ years of client relationship or account management experience with national payers and/or Fortune 500 employers
- • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and quotas
- • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Project Management tools (e.g., ClickUp), and Google Suite
- • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience
- • Ability to travel up to 20% within the U.S.
