- • As a Senior Client Success Manager for Key Accounts at MeteRGy Solutions LLC, you will serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients in the US market, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive retention, satisfaction, and long-term growth.
- • You will work closely with the Director of Client Success to manage and nurture key account relationships, ensuring seamless delivery of submetering and billing services while identifying opportunities for expansion and process improvement.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting regular business reviews, resolving escalated client issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet client needs, and maintaining accurate account documentation and reporting.
- • You will partner with sales, operations, and billing teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and service delivery, leveraging your expertise to advocate for client needs within the organization.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in utility submetering, sustainability-driven SaaS models, and enterprise account management while contributing to decarbonization efforts across multi-residential and commercial buildings.
- • You will have the opportunity to influence client success strategies, mentor junior team members informally, and grow into a broader leadership role within the Client Success organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- • 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments
- • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and drive retention and expansion in key accounts
- • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- • Experience working in a hybrid or office-based environment with willingness to work 3 days per week in Long Island City, New York
- • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms
