- • Lead sponsor-side clinical data management activities for CoMind’s clinical development portfolio, ensuring database design, data quality, integrity, inspection readiness, and vendor management to support regulatory submissions and clinical decision-making.
- • Design, build, and configure clinical study databases (EDC, CTMS, eTMF), including eCRF design, data validation specifications, and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) with version control and amendment management.
- • Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert in clinical data management and regulatory expectations (GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, CDISC, ISO 14155), partnering closely with the Data Science & Machine Learning (DSML) team to structure clinical data assets for advanced analytics and regulatory submissions.
- • Drive data quality through ongoing review, query management, discrepancy resolution, and generation of data listings and reports; manage vendor and CRO relationships, ensuring inspection-ready documentation and compliance with FDA expectations.
- • Contribute to protocol development, data transfer specifications for external data sources (device, imaging), and database lock activities; embrace AI as a core part of daily work to innovate and improve data management processes.
- • Mentor and lead end-to-end data management activities, develop and maintain SOPs, data management plans, and access controls in alignment with 21 CFR Part 11 audit trail requirements.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5+ years of clinical data management experience, including demonstrated leadership of end-to-end data management activities.
- • Hands-on experience with eCRF design, database build, edit check configuration, and execution of UAT scripts for electronic data capture systems.
- • Strong working knowledge of GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, 21 CFR Part 812, ICH E6(R3), and ISO 14155.
- • Experience administering EDC/CDMS and eTMF user access, managing role-based permissions, and maintaining access logs and audit trails per 21 CFR Part 11.
- • Familiarity with clinical data management software and experience managing data management vendors and CROs.
- • Excellent oral and written communication skills, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
