š Description
- ā¢ Lead and manage clinical data operations for global clinical trials across UK and US sites, ensuring data integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- ā¢ Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle from study database creation to final dataset delivery, maintaining accuracy and quality for regulatory submissions.
- ā¢ Partner with data support staff, database administrators, SAS programmers, coders, and functional leads to support data-driven decision-making.
- ā¢ Develop and implement data management plans, documentation, and systems aligned with clinical trial protocols and industry standards.
- ā¢ Monitor project scope, budgets, risks, and alerts to proactively address concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- ā¢ Liaise with data management and other departments at regular intervals to discuss progress and resolve outstanding issues.
- ā¢ Collaborate with internal worldwide departments on shared projects to ensure alignment and consistency.
- ā¢ Participate in sponsor audits, regulatory inspections, and third-party meetings as required.
šÆ Requirements
- ā¢ Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical data management or a related role within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries.
- ā¢ Proven expertise in clinical trial data management, including study database setup, electronic data capture, and validation processes.
- ā¢ Strong knowledge of data management best practices and technologies as applied to clinical trials.
- ā¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional internal and external teams.
- ā¢ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ā¢ Independent and autonomous project oversight capabilities.
