📋 Description

• • As a Senior Clinical Research Associate at Precision for Medicine, you will play a critical role in advancing life-changing therapies by monitoring clinical trial sites in Bulgaria, ensuring studies are conducted with scientific rigor, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Your work directly impacts the speed, cost, and success of bringing innovative treatments to patients.
• • Day to day, you will monitor and own the progress of clinical studies at investigative sites, coordinate site setup activities (including investigator identification and regulatory submissions), conduct pre-study and initiation visits, ensure adherence to protocol, SOPs, ICH-GCP, and applicable regulations, support Project Managers on larger trials, train and mentor junior CRAs, interact directly with clients, initiate payments, and participate in proposal development and client presentations.
