- ⢠The Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA) plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of clinical trials by overseeing site management, data quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance, directly contributing to the acceleration of life-changing therapies in oncology and rare diseases.
- ⢠Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing site start-up and closure activities, conducting on-site and remote monitoring visits, verifying informed consent processes, reviewing case report forms, identifying and reporting adverse events, maintaining trial master files, and mentoring junior CRAs while supporting project managers and clinical trial managers.
- ⢠Precision for Medicine is a specialized CRO that integrates clinical trial execution with scientific expertise, laboratory capabilities, and advanced data sciences to improve the speed, cost, and success of drug development, with a strong focus oncology and rare disease therapeutics.
- ⢠In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in global clinical trial operations, gain leadership experience through mentoring junior staff, enhance cross-functional collaboration with sponsors and investigators, and build proficiency in regulatory standards (ICH-GCP), data management systems, and risk-based monitoring approaches.
šÆ Requirements
- ⢠Bachelorās degree or international equivalent in a business, scientific, or healthcare discipline
- ⢠Minimum of 3.5 years of on-site monitoring experience, including oncology-specific experience
- ⢠Global clinical trial experience
- ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ⢠Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- ⢠Willingness to travel 60-70% of the time
